I had a coolant hose come off my new sled. I was forced to use the wrong color coolant to continue the ride. Rather than expecting me to bring the sled back to the dealership for a coolant exchange , I was reimbursed the cost of new coolant. It was an easy job I did myself. I consider that excellent service. On another occasion ,the parts dept. didn't stock an after market item. They found the item and fulfilled the entire order . That's excellent service once again.
